Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (e.g., if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period unless this data is used to strengthen the security or improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

We do not sell Personal Data as defined under the CCPA and CPRA. However, the Service Providers we partner with (for example, advertising networks) may use technology on the Service that is considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the CCPA and CPRA.

California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

In compliance with CalOPPA, we agree to the following:

Users can visit our site anonymously.
Our Privacy Policy link includes the word "Privacy" and can easily be found on the home page.

In-App Purchases

Our Service includes In-App Purchases that allow You to buy virtual products or services within the app. All In-App Purchases are processed through Apple App Store.

We do not collect or store Your payment information. Payment transactions are processed through Your Apple ID, and Apple handles all payment processing and associated personal data.
